The first day of the Festival brought together around 23,000 people who enjoyed an awesome performance by Marc Anthony in Tenerife!
The first day of the festival this Saturday, June 8, brought together around 23,000 people at the port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, who enjoyed an amazing performance by Puerto Rican Marc Anthony.
The festival kicked off at 5:00 PM, starting with DJ Bobby Bob, who handed it over to Tenerife’s own St. Pedro, a finalist from La Voz in 2017 and a participant in this year’s Benidorm Fest.
The evening continued with a bang as the popular Canarian group Efecto Pasillo took the stage, getting the crowd pumped with hits like ‘Contigo’ and ‘Pan con mantequilla’. They even surprised everyone with a special performance of their latest track, a Spanish version of a Bob Marley classic.
The highlight of the night was definitely Marc Anthony, who hit the stage after 10:30 PM, making the audience sing along to anthems like ‘Vivir mi vida’ and ‘Valió la pena’. He also treated us to tracks from his latest album ‘Muvense’.
And finally, with an enthusiastic audience, Real El Canario wrapped up the first day of this festival, which continues on June 9th. It’s a highly anticipated event for fans in Spain!
This Sunday, June 9th, Tenerife’s in for a treat with performances by Delaporte, Rozalén, La Oreja de Van Gogh, Mikel Izal, and Vetusta Morla!
