By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Key Policy Overview:
We reserve the Right of Admission to keep everyone safe, happy, and following the house rules.
Free cancellation is available on standard bookings with at least 48 hours’ notice before your arrival date, just let us know through our official channels.
No show, late cancellations, and promotional rates: there won’t be any refunds.
Nest Pass Promotion: valid for 3 months from purchase, non-refundable, applicable only in shared dorm rooms with bunk beds in the Canary Islands.
Group bookings: These come with special conditions that we’ll agree on before confirming.
Check out our House Rules (section “E”) to learn about behaviors and situations that aren’t allowed in our accommodations.

Your DIGITAL CHECK IN will be ready the day before you arrive and will be available on your check-in day to help you manage your booking before you get to our hostel.
Not doing the digital check-in doesn’t let you off the hook from the legal registration requirements, and it might delay or even stop you from getting into your accommodation until everything’s sorted.
Prices and Taxes:
Our prices are in EUR and include all the necessary taxes.

2. **Keep It Clean**: A tidy space is a happy space! Please clean up after yourself in common areas.
3. **Quiet Hours**: To keep the peace, we ask you to keep noise down from 11 PM to 8 AM.
4. **No Smoking Indoors**: Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Let’s keep our air fresh!
5. **Check-In and Check-Out**: Make sure to stick to our check-in and check-out times to keep things running smoothly.

Key Rules Summary:
- Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.
- Prohibitions: Smoking, vaping, using drugs or excessive alcohol, carrying weapons, making disruptive noise, violent or disruptive behavior. Poor personal hygiene that affects others, not respecting quiet hours, bringing in unregistered outside guests, unauthorized celebrations or parties, eating and/or drinking in the rooms, etc. Breaking any community living rules according to our values.
- Taking good care of our spaces is key to keeping things clean and running smoothly. Please wash, dry, and store what you use in our kitchen, and keep the restrooms clean. This way, we can all enjoy a tidy and welcoming atmosphere!
- The hostel isn’t responsible for lost items due to guests’ carelessness. For your peace of mind, keep your belongings stored away.
Nest Hostels reserves the right of admission and stay according to current regulations (Law 7/1995 on the Organization of Tourism in the Canary Islands / Balearic tourism regulations) to ensure safety, well-being, and compliance with internal rules. Not following these rules may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
