Ibiza Events September–October 2026 — Closing Season: The Best Parties of the Year

The Short Version

AI assisted

Last verified: 2 September 2026

  • 55 closing parties run from 5 September to 12 October 2026.
  • Circoloco closes DC-10 on Monday 12 October — the island’s most emotional night.
  • The crescendo is 9–11 October, when Hï, Amnesia, [UNVRS], Ushuaïa and Pacha all hold their own venue closings.
  • Pikes Halloween on 31 October is the genuine last night of the season — ticketed, no guest list.
  • September sea temperatures sit around 25°C, and October is statistically Ibiza’s wettest month.
  • 55 closing parties
  • Sep 5 – Oct 12 the main run
  • Oct 9–11 the closing weekend
  • Oct 31 last night of the season

Ask any Ibiza veteran when the best parties happen and the answer is always the same: closing season. September and October are when the island’s clubs throw their final punches — longer sets, bigger lineups, deeper emotions, and dancefloors packed with people who know this is the last time until next April. The energy is different from opening parties. Openings are about anticipation. Closings are about savouring every last beat. 🖤🎶

The 2026 closing calendar is massive: 55 closing parties across every major venue between September 5 and October 12, plus Circoloco’s closing at DC-10 on Monday October 12 (the most emotional night on the island), Solomun’s +1 farewell at Pacha, Carl Cox’s marathon set, and Pikes’ legendary Halloween party on October 31 — the genuine last night of the season. The weekend of October 9–11 is the real crescendo: Hï, Amnesia, [UNVRS], Ushuaïa and Pacha each throw their own venue closing inside 72 hours.

The other reason veterans love this period? Value. Island-wide accommodation prices fall sharply once August ends. The weather is still warm (September highs around 25°C, October around 22°C). Flight prices drop. And the quality of the events actually goes up — artists play longer, dig deeper into their collections, and the crowd is there for the music, not the Instagram. If you can only visit Ibiza once, the smart money says closing season. Here’s your complete guide. 🌅

Every confirmed Ibiza closing party in October 2026, including the five venue closings across October 9–11, the Circoloco finale on the 12th and Pikes Halloween on the 31st.

That’s 55 closing parties in roughly eight weeks. The peak concentration — October 1 through October 12 — runs at three to seven closings a night, and Friday October 9 alone carries seven. This is the most intense stretch in the entire Ibiza calendar.

⭐ The 5 Unmissable Closings

If you can only make it to a handful of closing parties, these are the five that veterans prioritise above all others:

1. Circoloco Closing at DC-10 — Monday, October 12 (Confirmed)

Circoloco Closing at DC-10 — Monday, October 12

The most emotionally charged night in Ibiza — and note the date, because it’s later than most people assume. Circoloco has run its Monday residency at DC-10 since 1999, and the closing lands on the final Monday of the season, October 12 — the 27th year of the party. It’s also a Spanish national holiday, which means the island is already in party mode. Doors are listed from 6pm: the garden terrace fills first, the hangar room builds through the evening, and the final track is met with the kind of collective emotion no festival mainstage can replicate.

Lineups are announced roughly one week before (tradition) — the 2026 bill was still TBA at the time of writing. Expect surprise appearances from artists who’ve been playing the island all summer, dropping in for one last set. Tickets from around €120.

  • 📅 When: Monday, October 12, 2026 (doors from 6pm, listed until 3am)
  • 📍 Where: DC-10, near Ibiza Airport
  • 🎵 Type: Underground Techno / House / Minimal
  • 🎟️ Tickets: From ~€120 | ticketsibiza.com
  • 📸 Instagram: @circolocoibiza
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed
  • 💡 Tip: Arrive early to experience the full arc — garden terrace in the golden light, then the indoor room as night falls. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Eat properly beforehand. Pace your drinks. The magic is in the final three hours. Note the price has climbed well above previous seasons, so budget for it.

2. Solomun +1 Closing at Pacha — Sunday, October 4 (Confirmed)

Solomun +1 Closing at Pacha — Sunday, October 4

The closing of Solomun’s 12th consecutive Pacha season — a residency that’s been running since 2013 — is a pilgrimage. The +1 guest for the closing is always a closely guarded secret (and always spectacular). Solomun digs deepest on closing night: the set goes longer, the selection gets more personal, and Pacha’s main room becomes the most emotional place on the island. This is the closing that makes grown adults weep at 5am. Tickets from around €40–€60.

  • 📅 When: Sunday, October 4, 2026
  • 📍 Where: Pacha, Ibiza Town
  • 🎵 Type: Deep House / Melodic Techno
  • 🎟️ Tickets: From ~€40–€60 | ticketsibiza.com
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed

3. Calvin Harris Closing at Ushuaïa — Friday, October 2 (Confirmed)

Calvin Harris Closing at Ushuaïa — Friday, October 2

The last Friday of Calvin Harris’s double residency — 27 shows across the season, Fridays from late May plus Tuesdays through July and August. The final Ushuaïa performance always brings the biggest production, the most stacked guest list, and the most euphoric crowd of the year. Daytime format (5pm–11pm), open-air pool, golden-hour sunset. This is the commercial closing that draws the biggest crowd. Tickets from around €110.

  • 📅 When: Friday, October 2, 2026 (5pm–11pm)
  • 📍 Where: Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel, Playa d’en Bossa
  • 🎵 Type: Big-room House / Electronic
  • 🎟️ Tickets: From ~€110 | theushuaiaexperience.com
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed

4. Glitterbox Closing at Amnesia — Friday, October 9 (Confirmed)

Glitterbox Closing at Amnesia — Friday, October 9

Glitterbox closings are pure joy. 2026 was the brand’s first season at Amnesia after eight years at Hï, and the 22-week Friday run across the Terraza and Main Room ends on October 9. The closing party is a celebration of everything Glitterbox stands for: inclusivity, hedonism, immaculate music, and a crowd that dresses to impress. Drag performers, live vocalists, disco balls the size of small cars, and the purest good-time energy of the season. Tickets from around €70. Rememberland closes in the same building earlier the same evening, so you can make a full night of it.

  • 📅 When: Friday, October 9, 2026
  • 📍 Where: Amnesia Ibiza, San Rafael
  • 🎵 Type: Disco / House
  • 🎟️ Tickets: From ~€70 | amnesia.es
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed
  • 🏳️‍🌈 Good to know: Glitterbox is one of the most openly LGBTQ+ friendly nights on the island. Come as you are, dressed however you want.

5. Carl Cox Closing at [UNVRS] — Sunday, October 4 (Confirmed)

Carl Cox Closing at [UNVRS] — Sunday, October 4

Carl Cox closings are legendary, and the 2026 edition is billed as an all-night-long set. When Carl Cox plays the last Sunday of the season he runs well beyond his usual hours — deep warm-up grooves building through peak-time tech-house to the kind of 6am moments that make you cry on a dancefloor. The [UNVRS] Dome will shake. The date is now confirmed by the venue, which upgrades this from “probably worth planning around” to “book it”.

  • 📅 When: Sunday, October 4, 2026 (all night long)
  • 📍 Where: [UNVRS], San Rafael
  • 🎵 Type: Techno / Tech-house
  • 🎟️ Tickets: Check ticketsibiza.com
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed by the venue

🏆 The Closing Weekend — October 9–11

Here’s the part most guides miss. The residency closings are spread across two weeks, but the venues themselves close in one concentrated burst: Hï on Friday October 9, then Amnesia, [UNVRS], Ushuaïa and Pacha all on Saturday October 10, with Pacha carrying over into Sunday the 11th. Five of the biggest rooms in the world, three nights, and every one of them throwing everything it has at the wall. If you’re picking one weekend of the whole year, it’s this one. 🏆

1. Hï Ibiza Closing Party — Friday, October 9

Hï goes first, and it goes long: doors at 11:30pm and music until 11am, across all three rooms — the Theatre, the Club Room and the Wild Corner. Black Coffee leads the Theatre, a fitting way to end his season on the island, joined by Skepta, The Martinez Brothers, Paco Osuna and Delilah. Eleven and a half hours is not a typo. Plan your sleep around it, not the other way round.

  • 📅 When: Friday, October 9, 2026 (11:30pm – 11am)
  • 📍 Where: Hï Ibiza, Playa d’en Bossa
  • 🎵 Type: House / Afro House / Techno
  • 🎤 Lineup: Black Coffee, Skepta, The Martinez Brothers, Paco Osuna, Delilah + more
  • 🎟️ Tickets: From ~€85 | hiibiza.com
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed

2. [UNVRS] Closing Party — Saturday, October 10

The hyperclub’s first-ever closing party, and it’s the back half of a two-night closing weekend — David Guetta returns for a one-off on the Friday, a late addition announced at the end of August, then the Dome shuts up shop on Saturday with The Martinez Brothers, Mochakk, Dennis Cruz and East End Dubs, plus a guest still to be named. Same 11:30pm–11am shape as Hï the night before. Free shuttles run from San Antonio, which matters when you’re leaving at breakfast time.

  • 📅 When: Saturday, October 10, 2026 (11:30pm – 11am) — Friday October 9 is David Guetta
  • 📍 Where: [UNVRS], San Rafael
  • 🎵 Type: Tech-house / Techno
  • 🎤 Lineup: The Martinez Brothers, Mochakk, Dennis Cruz, East End Dubs + TBA
  • 🎟️ Tickets: From ~€90 | unvrs.com
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed

3. Ushuaïa Closing Party: ANTS — Saturday, October 10

ANTS takes the Ushuaïa closing and turns it into a marathon: 11 hours, 15 DJs and seven back-to-back sets, starting at midday rather than the usual 5pm. The headline pairing is East End Dubs b2b Hot Since 82 — billed as a world first — alongside Vintage Culture b2b Loco Dice and Andrea Oliva b2b Patrick Topping. It’s an open-air pool party running from lunchtime into the night, which makes it the one closing you can genuinely stack with something else afterwards.

  • 📅 When: Saturday, October 10, 2026 (from midday, 11 hours)
  • 📍 Where: Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel, Playa d’en Bossa
  • 🎵 Type: Tech-house / House — open-air
  • 🎤 Lineup: East End Dubs b2b Hot Since 82, Vintage Culture b2b Loco Dice, Andrea Oliva b2b Patrick Topping, Nic Fanciulli b2b Butch + more
  • 🎟️ Tickets: From ~€50 | theushuaiaexperience.com
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed

4. Amnesia Closing Festival — Saturday, October 10

Amnesia turns 50 in 2026, and the closing is billed with three words that tell you everything: from sun to sun. It’s a full festival-format takeover of both rooms — the glass-domed Terraza and the Main Room — and the club has form here: recent editions have stretched across two days. The 2026 lineup hadn’t been published at the time of writing, which is normal for this one and no reason to wait. Fiftieth-birthday editions do not aim low.

  • 📅 When: Saturday, October 10, 2026 — “from sun to sun”
  • 📍 Where: Amnesia Ibiza, San Rafael
  • 🎵 Type: Techno / House — festival format
  • 🎤 Lineup: TBA at the time of writing
  • 🎟️ Tickets: amnesia.es
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed — lineup pending

5. Pacha Grand Closing Weekend — October 10 & 11

Pacha splits its finale over two nights. Saturday is Flower Power, the party that has been running there since 1981, with new resident host Roger Sanchez joined by MK — sixties and seventies costume optional but strongly encouraged. Sunday belongs to PAWSA, with Miguelle & Tons, and that’s the one that actually closes the building. Saturday is the most affordable entry point of the whole weekend, worth knowing if the other four have emptied your account.

  • 📅 When: Saturday October 10 (Flower Power) & Sunday October 11 (PAWSA), 11pm – 6am
  • 📍 Where: Pacha, Ibiza Town
  • 🎵 Type: Sixties & seventies / House
  • 🎤 Lineup: Roger Sanchez, MK, Laeet (Sat) · PAWSA, Miguelle & Tons (Sun)
  • 🎟️ Tickets: From ~€35 Saturday, ~€60 Sunday | ticketsibiza.com
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed

💡 How to actually survive it: you cannot do all five properly. If you want Saturday, Ushuaïa from midday into Pacha at 11pm is the cleanest run — one is open-air and daytime, the other indoors and overnight, and they’re a fifteen-minute taxi apart. Amnesia and [UNVRS] both go to 11am, so treat either as the whole of your Saturday. And buy before you fly: every one of these sold out in advance last season.

🎵 September–October Festivals & Special Events

Beyond the closing parties, September and October host several standalone festivals and one-off productions:

Our House Ibiza — September 19–23

Our House Ibiza — September 19–23

A 5-day multi-venue trance and classic electronic festival. One wristband covers all events across multiple locations — daytime pool parties, sunset sessions, and evening club events. The lineup leans classic trance and old-school electronic with a community feel. This is for the crowd who grew up on Gatecrasher, Godskitchen, and Ministry of Sound and want to relive those vibes in Ibiza. 18+.

  • 📅 When: September 19–23, 2026
  • 📍 Where: Multiple venues
  • 🎵 Type: Trance / Classic Electronic / Multi-venue Festival
  • 🎟️ Tickets: Single wristband for all events — check ourhouseibiza.com
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed
  • ⚠️ Don’t confuse it with: “Our House” at Hï Ibiza — that’s MEDUZA & James Hype’s Wednesday residency, which closes separately on September 30.

Kevin & Perry Amnesia Experience — Wednesday, September 23

Kevin & Perry Amnesia Experience — Wednesday, September 23

Inspired by the cult Harry Enfield film “Kevin & Perry Go Large” and staged as part of Amnesia’s 50th-anniversary programme, this is the most fun, silly, nostalgia-fuelled night of the season. Expect 90s and early 2000s dance anthems, people dressed as Kevin and Perry, inflatable props, and a room full of people who don’t take themselves remotely seriously. Ibiza’s equivalent of a fancy dress party with one of the most iconic sound systems in the world. Pure joy.

  • 📅 When: Wednesday, September 23, 2026
  • 📍 Where: Amnesia Ibiza, San Rafael
  • 🎵 Type: 90s Dance / Nostalgia / Themed Party
  • 🎟️ Tickets: From ~€40 | amnesia.es
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed
  • 💡 Tip: Dress up as Kevin, Perry, or any 90s character. The more ridiculous, the better. This is the night to let your inner teenager loose.

Ibiza Invasion — September 25–26

Ibiza Invasion — September 25–26

A multi-venue trance festival across San Antonio featuring Ferry Corsten, Judge Jules, Tall Paul, Lisa Lashes, and more. Transport between venues is included in the ticket. The format is a two-day crawl through multiple San Antonio venues with a trance-focused lineup. Ideal if you want a concentrated weekend of big-room trance in intimate settings — and if you’re staying in San Antonio, everything is on your doorstep.

  • 📅 When: September 25–26, 2026
  • 📍 Where: Multiple venues, San Antonio
  • 🎵 Type: Trance / Progressive
  • 🎤 Lineup: Ferry Corsten, Judge Jules, Tall Paul, Lisa Lashes + more
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed

Armin van Buuren: A State of Trance — Mondays, September 7 to October 5

Armin van Buuren: A State of Trance — Mondays, September 7 to October 5

A State of Trance turns 25 in 2026, and Armin van Buuren is marking it with a Monday residency at [UNVRS] built around extended five-hour sets. The final date — October 5 — is the closing. If you’ve only ever seen Armin play a festival hour, this is a completely different proposition: room to build, room to breathe, and the full arc of a trance set played out properly.

  • 📅 When: Mondays, September 7 – October 5, 2026 (closing October 5)
  • 📍 Where: [UNVRS], San Rafael
  • 🎵 Type: Trance
  • 🎟️ Tickets: unvrs.com
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed

Pure Sea Ocean Awareness Weekender — September 25–28

Pure Sea Ocean Awareness Weekender — September 25–28

Not everything in Ibiza has to be about hedonism. The Pure Sea Weekender at Wiki Woo Hotel in San Antonio combines club nights, sunset sessions, and pool parties with organised beach clean-ups, wellbeing sessions, and ocean conservation workshops. It’s a festival with a conscience — and the music programme is still excellent. A great option if you want to give something back to the island that’s given you so many good nights.

  • 📅 When: September 25–28, 2026
  • 📍 Where: Wiki Woo Hotel, San Antonio
  • 🎵 Type: Music + Ocean Conservation / Wellbeing
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed

Adriatique presents X at [UNVRS] — Thursdays September 17 & 24

Adriatique presents X at [UNVRS] — Thursdays September 17 & 24

Two special dates from the Swiss melodic techno duo Adriatique — their only Ibiza appearances of 2026. These are bespoke audio-visual productions rather than standard DJ sets, using the Dome’s full visual capabilities for an immersive show. Adriatique’s sound — melodic techno with deep emotional arcs — is perfectly suited to a venue built for spectacle.

  • 📅 When: Thursday September 17 & Thursday September 24, 2026
  • 📍 Where: [UNVRS], San Rafael
  • 🎵 Type: Melodic Techno / Audio-Visual
  • 🎟️ Tickets: unvrs.com
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed

🌿 Local & Cultural Events — Beyond the Clubs

Closing season isn’t only about clubs. September and October are when Ibiza’s village festivals, markets, and outdoor events hit their stride — and most of them are free. If you’re staying in San Antonio or Es Canar, several are within walking distance.

Punta Arabí Hippy Market, Es Canar — Wednesdays until October 28

Punta Arabí Hippy Market, Es Canar — Wednesdays until October 28

The island’s oldest and largest hippy market, running since 1973, sits right in Es Canar — a few minutes on foot from Flamingo by Nest. Every Wednesday through October 28, roughly 10am to 6pm in October. Hundreds of stalls, live music, food, and the kind of atmosphere that’s been drawing people to this corner of the island for fifty years. Free to enter.

Las Dalias, Sant Carles — Saturdays all season

Las Dalias, Sant Carles — Saturdays all season

Ibiza’s most famous market, about 10–15 minutes from Es Canar. Saturdays run all through September and October (10am–7pm in October), Sundays resume from October 4, and the atmospheric night market runs Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings in September only — so September is your window if you want Las Dalias after dark. Free.

Ibiza Trail Marathon Festival — Saturday, October 24

Ibiza Trail Marathon Festival — Saturday, October 24

The 18th edition starts and finishes on the s’Arenal promenade in San Antonio — a two-minute walk from Cisne by Nest. Trail races over 11km, 27km, and 48km take runners through the hills and coastal paths of the north-west, with a “Gastromarathon” food programme running October 24–26. Even if you’re not running, the finish-line atmosphere on the seafront is worth showing up for.

Festes de Sant Miquel de Balansat — late September

Festes de Sant Miquel de Balansat — traditional folk dancing on the main day, September 29

A traditional village patron festival in the north of the island. The programme builds through late September — concerts, DJ sets, a brass-band parade and open-air cinema from around the 26th — and peaks on the main day, September 29: bell-ringing at 9am, solemn mass and procession at noon, ball pagès (traditional Ibicenco folk dancing) at 1pm. Free, genuinely local, and about as far from Playa d’en Bossa as Ibiza gets. Around 20–25 minutes from Es Canar by car.

Ibiza Light Festival — check for 2026 dates

Ibiza Light Festival

One correction worth making, because it’s widely misreported: the Ibiza Light Festival is historically a November event, not an October one, and recent editions have run as a two-night Friday–Saturday programme rather than a long weekend. It transforms Dalt Vila — the UNESCO-listed old town — into an open-air gallery of light installations, videomapping, and laser art, and it’s completely free.

2026 dates hadn’t been announced at the time of writing. If you’re on the island in late October or early November, it’s worth checking the official channels — and if it lands, it’s one of the most photogenic nights of the year. Go after dark, start at the bottom of Dalt Vila and walk up. ✨

🎃 Pikes Halloween — The Haunted Hotel, October 31

Pikes Halloween — The Haunted Hotel, October 31

The absolute last event of the 2026 Ibiza season. Pikes keeps its doors open later than any other venue — its weekly residencies wind down in staggered fashion across October 19–27 (Mondays on the 19th, David Morales on the 21st, Flash on the 23rd, the Saturday House Party on the 24th with Groove Armada and Bushwacka!, Sundays on the 25th and the Bathtub Club on the 27th), then the Halloween party closes the island down on Saturday October 31. The boutique hilltop hotel-turned-party-venue goes all-out on horror decor, costumes are part of the deal (and fiercely competitive), and the intimate scale means you’re partying shoulder-to-shoulder with people who’ve saved the best costume of the year for this exact night.

Important, and different from previous years: this is a ticketed event with no guest list. Don’t turn up expecting to talk your way in. Tickets are sold through Pikes directly — check pikesibiza.com and the venue’s channels for the on-sale date, and buy early, because this one goes. After this night, the island goes quiet until spring. Make it count. 🎃👻

  • 📅 When: Saturday, October 31, 2026 (the LAST night of the season)
  • 📍 Where: Pikes Ibiza, San Antonio hills
  • 🎵 Type: Halloween / Eclectic / Balearic
  • 🎟️ Tickets: Ticketed — no guest list. Via pikesibiza.com and Pikes reception
  • 📌 Status: ✅ Confirmed
  • ⚠️ Costume: Expected — go all-out. Pikes rewards effort.
  • ⚠️ Age & phones: Pikes typically runs an over-27 door policy on its main nights and discourages phones on the dancefloor. Check the current policy before you go.
  • 💡 Tip: Tickets sell out faster than any other Pikes event of the year. Set a reminder for the on-sale announcement and have a backup plan.

🏛️ Quick Venue Guide — For Closing Season First-Timers

First time at closing season? Here’s the essential info on every venue in the calendar above — location, capacity, vibe, dress code and typical drink prices, for the late-night clubs and the daytime venues alike. Prices and policies shift through the season, so treat these as a guide rather than gospel:

Venue Location Capacity Type Dress Code Beer Price
Ushuaïa Playa d’en Bossa ~7,000 Open-air pool, 5pm–11pm No flip-flops/swimwear €15–€18
Hï Ibiza Playa d’en Bossa ~5,000 Indoor, 11:30pm–6am No sportswear/headgear €15
[UNVRS] San Rafael ~10,000 Indoor Dome, 11pm–6am Casual OK. Free shuttle. €12–€15
Pacha Ibiza Town ~3,000 Indoor, midnight–7am Smart casual €15
Amnesia San Rafael ~5,000 Indoor, midnight–6am Casual OK. Free shuttle. €15
DC-10 Near airport ~4,000 Hangar + garden, afternoon–6am None — underground €12
Chinois Marina Botafoch ~1,000 Indoor, midnight–6:30am Men: full trousers €12
Eden San Antonio ~5,000 Indoor, midnight–6am None €7–€8
Es Paradis San Antonio Multi-floor Indoor, midnight–6:30am Casual OK €7

Cova Santa Countryside, Sant Josep ~2,000 Open-air then cave club, 5pm–late Casual OK Varies by event
528 Ibiza Benimussa hills, San Antonio ~6,000 Open-air garden stage + club Casual OK Varies by event
Pikes San Antonio hills ~500 Boutique outdoor, 8pm–4am Typically 27+ on main nights Varies by event

💡 Daytime and night-time are different venues. Ushuaïa, O Beach, Destino and Cova Santa all start in the afternoon and finish by midnight; Amnesia, Pacha, [UNVRS], Hï and Chinois don’t open until midnight-ish. That is what makes the October 10 stack work — you can do Ushuaïa from midday and still be at Pacha for 11pm, because they barely overlap.

💡 The San Antonio advantage: Eden and Es Paradis are the two most affordable big clubs on the island — bar prices are roughly half what you’ll pay in Playa d’en Bossa. If you’re watching your budget across a week of closings, basing yourself in San Antonio makes a real difference.

🛏️ Where to Stay During Closing Season

Closing season is the sweet spot: summer-quality events at autumn prices. Accommodation across the island drops sharply once August ends. September is still warm (highs around 25°C), October is mild and pleasant (around 22°C). You get more for your money across the board.

San Antonio — for the closings, the trail marathon, and Pikes Halloween

Cisne by Nest is the smart closing-season base. Walking distance from Es Paradis, Eden, and O Beach. Free shuttles to [UNVRS] and Amnesia run from San Antonio. The Ibiza Trail Marathon starts and finishes on the s’Arenal promenade two minutes away on October 24. For the Pikes Halloween closing on October 31, you’re already in the right part of the island — a short taxi up the hill. And San Antonio in October has a beautiful, mellow atmosphere: the sunset strip without the summer crowds. 🌅

Es Canar — for the markets and the autumn calm

Flamingo by Nest in Es Canar is perfect for closing season. The Punta Arabí Hippy Market is in Es Canar itself, running every Wednesday until October 28, and Las Dalias in Sant Carles is 10–15 minutes away. The sea is around 25°C in September and still swimmable through October. The pace is beautifully calm between closing parties, and October on the east coast is genuinely idyllic — golden light, empty paths, warm water, and the knowledge that you’re catching the last good days before the island goes quiet.

🏨 Book your closing season stay — best value of the main season

🔵 Cisne by Nest — San Antonio → Walk to the clubs, shuttles to [UNVRS], close to Pikes

🔵 Flamingo by Nest — Es Canar → Beach, pool, and the hippy market on your doorstep

💡 Practical Tips for Closing Season

The golden run: October 1–12. Calvin Harris and David Guetta close on October 2, elrow and Black Coffee on October 3, Solomun and Carl Cox on October 4, Guetta’s FMIF and A State of Trance on October 5, Music On across October 8–9, and Glitterbox on October 9. Then the weekend everything lands at once: Hï closes on the 9th, and Amnesia, [UNVRS], Ushuaïa and Pacha all close on the 10th, with Pacha and O Beach running into the 11th and Circoloco capping the whole thing on the 12th. If you can only be in Ibiza for one stretch in 2026, October 8–12 is it.

Buy closing tickets early. Closing parties sell out faster than regular weeks — especially Circoloco, Carl Cox, Solomun, and Pikes Halloween. Advance prices typically run €10–€20 below door prices, and door tickets may not be available at all.

Every date above is now confirmed — but lineups are not. As of this update the calendar carries no provisional dates; the venues have published them all. What is still moving is who plays: Circoloco announces roughly a week out by tradition, and the Amnesia Closing Festival and the [UNVRS] closing both had names still to come. Follow the venues for the bills, not the dates.

Weather: September averages highs around 25°C with the sea at roughly 25°C — still full beach weather. October cools to around 22°C with the sea near 23°C, so swimming is still on. One thing to plan for: October is statistically Ibiza’s wettest month, averaging around 9–10 rainy days. Most days are still sunny, but pack a light layer and don’t assume every evening will be dry.

The emotional factor is real. Closing parties hit different. The knowledge that this is the last time creates an intensity that regular weekly nights don’t have. Artists play longer and deeper. The crowd is more connected. It’s not unusual to feel overwhelmed in the best possible way. Lean into it. 🖤

Frequently Asked Questions ❓

When are the Ibiza closing parties in 2026?

The 2026 Ibiza closing parties run from 5 September through 12 October — 55 of them — with the heaviest concentration between October 1 and October 12. Swedish House Mafia close Ushuaïa on September 13 and RESISTANCE closes Amnesia on September 16. Calvin Harris and David Guetta close on October 2, elrow and Black Coffee on October 3, Solomun +1 and Carl Cox on October 4, and Music On and Glitterbox on October 8–9. The venues themselves close across one weekend: Hï Ibiza on Friday October 9, then Amnesia, [UNVRS], Ushuaïa and Pacha all on Saturday October 10, with Pacha and O Beach running into Sunday the 11th. Circoloco closes DC-10 on Monday October 12, and the absolute last event of the season is the Pikes Halloween party on October 31.

When is the Circoloco closing party at DC-10 in 2026?

The Circoloco closing at DC-10 falls on Monday, October 12, 2026 — the final Monday of the residency, which has run at DC-10 since 1999 and reaches its 27th year in 2026. It’s widely considered the most emotionally significant club night in Ibiza. Doors are listed from 6pm. The lineup is announced roughly one week before, a Circoloco tradition, and typically includes surprise appearances — the 2026 bill was still to be announced at the time of writing. Tickets start around €120, up sharply on previous seasons, and sell out in advance. Note that October 12 is also a Spanish national holiday.

Are closing parties better than opening parties in Ibiza?

Most Ibiza veterans say yes. Opening parties are about excitement and anticipation, but closing parties have an emotional depth that’s hard to replicate. Artists play longer and deeper sets because they know it’s the last time until next year. The crowd is more connected — many people have been coming all season and know the DJs, the rooms, and each other. The knowledge that this is the final night creates an intensity that regular weekly events don’t match. Closing season also offers better value: accommodation prices drop sharply from August, and the weather is still warm.

Is entry to the Pikes Halloween party free?

No. The Pikes Halloween party on October 31, 2026 is a ticketed event with no guest list. Tickets are sold through Pikes directly, including at reception, so don’t plan on getting in on the door or via a list. It’s the last event of the Ibiza season and it sells out, so buy as soon as tickets are released. Costumes are expected, Pikes typically operates an over-27 door policy on its main nights, and phones are discouraged on the dancefloor — check the current policy before you go.

When does the Ibiza club season end in 2026?

The main Ibiza club season ends progressively through October 2026, and the venue closings cluster into a single weekend. Hï Ibiza closes on Friday October 9. Amnesia, [UNVRS], Ushuaïa and Pacha all close on Saturday October 10 — Amnesia with a sun-to-sun festival for its 50th anniversary, Ushuaïa with an 11-hour ANTS takeover — and Pacha’s Grand Closing Weekend plus O Beach carry into Sunday October 11. Circoloco closes DC-10 on Monday October 12. Pikes stays open later than any other venue: its weekly residencies wind down in stages across October 19–27, and the Halloween party on October 31 is the absolute last event of the season. After that the island goes into off-season mode until spring, with only occasional winter events and year-round venues like Akasha still programming.

What is the best week for Ibiza closing parties in 2026?

October 8–12 is the best single week, because it holds the venue closings as well as the residency ones: Music On closes Pacha across October 8–9, Glitterbox closes Amnesia on the 9th, and that same Friday Hï Ibiza holds its own closing with Black Coffee and Skepta. On Saturday October 10, Amnesia, [UNVRS], Ushuaïa and Pacha all close on the same night, with Claptone closing Chinois alongside them. Pacha’s second night and O Beach follow on the 11th, and Circoloco caps everything on Monday the 12th. The earlier window, October 1–5, is the alternative: Solid Grooves on the 1st, Calvin Harris and Galactic Circus on the 2nd, elrow and Black Coffee on the 3rd, Solomun +1 and Carl Cox on the 4th, FMIF and A State of Trance on the 5th. Book accommodation and tickets for either window well in advance.

What is the weather like in Ibiza in September and October?

September in Ibiza averages highs around 25°C — still proper summer weather, with the sea around 25°C, making it ideal for combining beach days with closing parties. October cools to around 22°C, which is still pleasant, and the sea stays near 23°C, warm enough for swimming. The main caveat: October is statistically Ibiza’s wettest month, with roughly 9–10 rainy days on average. Most days are still sunny, but bring a light jacket for evenings and don’t count on every night being dry.

What is there to do in Ibiza in September and October besides clubbing?

Plenty, and most of it is free. The Punta Arabí Hippy Market in Es Canar runs every Wednesday until October 28, and Las Dalias in Sant Carles runs Saturdays throughout, with an atmospheric night market on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings in September. The Festes de Sant Miquel build through late September with traditional folk dancing and processions, peaking on the main day, September 29, and the Ibiza Trail Marathon Festival takes over San Antonio on October 24. Beaches are still swimmable through October, and the hiking on the north-west coast is at its best once the summer heat drops.
