La Cueva del Viento is a volcanic cave formed 27,000 years ago from basaltic lava during the first eruptive phase of the Pico Viejo volcano, located near Teide (Tenerife, Canary Islands).
It stretches over 18 kilometers and features three different levels packed with stunning geological wonders like sinkholes and lava terraces. Plus, the cave connects with other grottos along the way, like La cueva del Sobrado, La de Belén, La de Las Breveritas, and La de los Piquetes.
