Take off from Costa Adeje with Airsports Tenerife and soar over beaches, volcanic landscapes, and the Atlantic in all its glory. Up to 1,600 meters high — you can choose from various flight packages based on how long you want to fly and the adrenaline rush you’re after. 🌊🌋

Who can do it? Almost everyone — from 4 to 94 years old 🙌 You just need comfy clothes, closed-toe shoes, and sunscreen. We’ll provide the rest of the gear.

How much does paragliding in Tenerife cost?

We've got several flight packages based on duration and what you're looking for: from a short flight of 10-20 min to the Gold package with a long flight, photos, video, a t-shirt, and a bottle of cava. Check out the prices and details for each package on this page. We also take group bookings.

What flight packages are available?

We've got four options: Bronze (10-20 min), Silver (20-40 min), Acrobatic with aerial maneuvers, and Gold — the complete package with a long flight, photos and video, a t-shirt, and a bottle of cava. Ask us which one suits you best.

Can I get photos and video of my flight?

Absolutely! They're available with any flight package for an extra fee — we’ll transfer them straight to your phone as soon as you land. The Gold package includes them already.

Who can paraglide in Tenerife?

Almost anyone from ages 4 to 94! No experience needed — just weigh less than 100kg and be able to take a few running steps. Kids under 16 will need parental consent.

How do I book a paragliding flight?

You can book online, through WhatsApp, or by calling us at +34 645 470 000. Email works too! Make sure to book in advance — flights depend on the weather and there might be date changes.

What should I bring for the flight?

Closed shoes (no sandals) and sunscreen. If you need, we can lend you shoes and jackets — we take off from 800m and it can get chilly!

What’s the paragliding experience like?

Total silence and breathtaking views — no engine, no jumps, no free fall. You and your pilot take off smoothly in a comfy harness and glide down to a gentle landing.

When and where do the flights take off?

We fly all year round from Costa Adeje (south of Tenerife), over 340 days a year. Daily departures at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, and 4pm — plus at 6pm in summer. Flights to Teide have special schedules.
