12.1 Prohibited Uses
The use of services provided by Intermeal S.L. is prohibited in ways that go against intellectual property laws, specifically:
- Using it in a way that goes against Spanish laws or violates the rights of others is a no-go.
- Posting or sharing any content that’s violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic, or defamatory is a big no-go!
- The cool stuff, serial numbers of programs, or any other content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
- Collecting and/or using other users’ personal data without their explicit consent or in violation of GDPR rules is a no-go.
- Using the email server of the domain and email addresses for sending unwanted bulk mail (spam) is a no-go!
12.2 User Responsibility

The services offered, except for specific backup services, don’t include restoring the content saved in backups made by Intermeal S.L. if the loss is due to user error.
In this case, we’ll set a fee based on how complex and large the recovery is, but only after you give us the thumbs up.
13.3 Replacement included
Data recovery is only included in the service price when the content loss is due to issues caused by Intermeal S.L.

According to the LSSI, Intermeal S.L. won’t send out any advertising or promotional messages via email or any other electronic means unless you’ve asked for them or given us the green light.
14.2 Previous contractual relationship
If you’ve got a previous contract with us, Intermeal S.L. can send you cool updates about our products or services that are similar to what you originally signed up for.
