It is located in the area of El Rincón, in the municipality of La Orotava/Puerto de la Cruz, and has a surface of black arena of volcanic origin. How to get to Bollullo beach?
The beach of El Bollullo is located just four kilometers east of Puerto de la Cruz, one of the main tourist centers in the north of Tenerife. To reach this hidden cove, it is possible to take a footpath that starts from the Puerto de la Cruz, or arrive by car.
Walk from Puerto de la Cruz on a trail for about 45 minutes.
From the main road, you must navigate a series of narrow, winding lanes leading to the beach. These roads can be difficult to navigate, as they are only suitable for one car at a time. However, the scenery along the way is spectacular, with banana plantations and captivating cliffs providing a unique driving experience.
At the end of the street you will find the restaurant El Bollullo, where you can park your car for 3 euros. If you want to take a break for a bite to eat or have a drink, this restaurant offers a great view of the sea and a pleasant atmosphere.

From the restaurant El Bollullo (on the Rincón road) and the parking lot, a path leads to the beach of El Bollullo. Along the way there are some stairs, but the walk is quite easy and takes about 10 minutes.
