Let's talk about connectivity. You have arrived at Tenerife Airport, South or North. The first thing you should do is go to a Guagua (Bus) station if you wish to travel by bus. Yes, Guagua, this is the particular way to call the buses in the Islands.
Transportation to the airport
Nests Hostels also offers a shuttle service from the various airports directly to the hostel. Write to us at this number (also WhatsApp +39 333 586 0275) the standard rate is 55€ euros from north to south and from south to north. From north to north or south to south is 35€.
Tenerife Bus South Airport and the Nests Hostels
If you arrive at the South Terminal you will have Medano Nest as the closest option only 30 minutes away or El Duque Nest about an hour away. And our pearl Arena Nest Hostel at 1 hour and a half.
The Guagua 415 and 408 will take you directly to Medano Nest Hostel.

To get to Aguere Nest Hostel take Guagua number 20 which will take you there in only 15 minutes.
By Puerto de la Cruz and Puerto Nest Hostel take the Guagua 30 is 30 minutes 😉
We are waiting for you, do not delay.

Here you have the official website with the schedules of each airport and the tourist ones, Google Maps usually works very well, just remember that on holidays the buses run less and therefore it is better to be informed.
- Tenerife North Airport [20 Santa Cruz/La Laguna, 30 Puerto de la Cruz, 343 Express Puerto Cruz/Los Cristianos].
- Tenerife South Airport [10 Santa Cruz, 40 Costa Adeje/Los Cristianos, 711 Nocturno, 343 Express, 415 San Isidro/El Fraile/Las Galletas].
The guaguas are quite imposing with a nice green color, so they are not to be missed.
As for payment, you can pay for each trip ( one way or return, by card or cash), or you can buy a "bono-bus" from 10 to 30 euros (daily, weekly or monthly) which is valid on all routes. These passes are not assigned, so you can share them with several people. These passes allow you to save on travel expenses if you plan to visit the whole island by bus. Vouchers can be purchased at any TITSA station (the "Intercambiadores"), at some kiosks and at other establishments that are identified by a sticker on the outside, but are not sold directly on the bus. Of course, if your bus bono is insufficient to pay for the last trip, you can simply pay the difference in cash or card.
If you are not planning to buy a bono-bus, here are some prices for common journeys:
San Isidro - El Medano: 1 euro (10 cent bono-bus)
* Prices are approximate and may vary
You can also buy the titsa card (bono-bus) at the airport.
