Tu les vois souvent en montagne, juste en t&rsquo;\u00e9loignant du green, mais tu peux vraiment les vivre et les d\u00e9couvrir. Dans cette zone, il y a plein de <a href=\"https:\/\/nestshostels.com\/excursiones\/excursiones-en-el-norte-de-tenerife-que-ver\/\"> <em> randonn\u00e9es <\/em> <\/a> \u00e0 faire.<br\/>\nLes sentiers ici ne sont pas trop difficiles, en fait, c&rsquo;est assez plat, mais ils sont stimulants et super relaxants. Fais juste attention \u00e0 la chaleur !<br\/>\nN&rsquo;oublions jamais que m\u00eame si tu es \u00e0 un pas de la for\u00eat, tu entres dans un d\u00e9sert. Tu ne peux pas t&rsquo;attendre \u00e0 autre chose que du sable, des rochers et une vue magnifique sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/nestshostels.com\/que-ver\/el-teide-tenerife-y-su-volcan\/\"> Volcan Teide <\/a> !\n<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trekking \u00e0 Arenas Negras<\/h2>\n\n<p>Il y a quelques sentiers \u201ctypiques\u201d qui traversent la zone des Arenas Negras. Beaucoup ne sont pas officiellement reconnus, mais \u00e7a ne les emp\u00eache pas d&rsquo;\u00eatre emprunt\u00e9s tous les jours par des randonneurs amateurs ou lors de sorties organis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le parcours le plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre suit un anneau d&rsquo;environ 8 km dans les plaines, pour un temps de trajet d&rsquo;environ 3 heures. Bien que ce ne soit pas particuli\u00e8rement compliqu\u00e9, la vue est inestimable. Depuis le point le plus haut de la route, tu peux voir tout le parc du Teide, ainsi que la vall\u00e9e de La Orotava, l&rsquo;\u00eele de La Palma et ses environs.<\/p>\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne le chemin, tu ne trouveras pas beaucoup de v\u00e9g\u00e9tation. Mais ne t&rsquo;inqui\u00e8te pas, c&rsquo;est une zone d\u00e9sertique. Sur les 8 km de la randonn\u00e9e, tu auras environ 350 m de mont\u00e9e et de descente.<\/p>\n\n<p>Une autre route part de la montagne et arrive \u00e0 la zone des Arenas Negras.
