The Opening Ceremony introduces all the queen candidates \u2014 for the Children&#8217;s crown, the Senior crown, and the main Carnival Queen \u2014 in a full theatrical spectacle. Comparsas Los Playeritos, Ritmo Sure\u00f1o, K&#8217;Nadum, and Imperio Ash\u00e1 take the stage alongside choreography groups from the local Culture Board and Ballet Beanky. The night wraps up with the debut performance of the official 2026 Carnival anthem, sung by Kiara Comellas. Hosts for the evening are Wendy Fuentes and Pedro Mach\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s a proper show \u2014 elaborate costumes, live performances, and the kind of energy that makes you realize this isn&#8217;t just a party, it&#8217;s a whole cultural production.
