The Ethnographic Park Pir\u00e1mides de G\u00fc\u00edmar<\/a> was kicked off in 1998 by Norwegian researcher Thor Heyerdahl. He worked hard to protect a set of six mysterious pyramids found near G\u00fc\u00edmar<\/a>, in the southeast of Tenerife, making sure they\u2019d be studied and preserved.
