Let\u2019s go on an adventure together to uncover the hidden gems of Tenerife! \ud83d\uddfe<\/span>\n\nWe\u2019ll kick things off with a visit to El puertito de Armenime, one of the best spots on the island for snorkeling (I\u2019ll provide masks for everyone) and one of the most authentic places around, where you can easily see schools of fish swimming so close to your mask that you can almost touch them, along with sea cucumbers, octopuses, and even turtles. \ud83d\udc22\ud83d\ude31 We\u2019ll also grab lunch \ud83d\ude0b at \"bodeg\u00f3n Lola y Pepe,\" a super typical Canarian tapas bar right by the sea, where you can enjoy croquettes (cod croquettes), crab legs, octopus salad, and many other specialties (and they\u2019ve got the best mojos, which are Canarian sauces!). The prices are cheap and the food is fantastic! \ud83e\udd58\ud83e\udd80\ud83d\udc1f<\/span>\n\nNext, we\u2019ll head to Teide National Park, where we\u2019ll stroll around the different viewpoints, and I\u2019ll share the history and surroundings of this majestic giant that is home to Tenerife. Saving the best for last, we\u2019ll catch the sunset \ud83c\udf04 and have a picnic \ud83c\udf5e\ud83e\uddc0\ud83e\udd53 at one of the most spectacular spots on the island, the Mirador de Samara! \ud83d\udc41\ufe0f\ud83d\udc41\ufe0f<\/span>\n\nLocated next to Teide National Park, it\u2019s one of the most impressive tourist spots and super easy to reach, with just a 15-minute walk! Comfortable shoes (sneakers \ud83d\udc5f are fine), a thick sweater, jacket, and long pants are recommended because it gets chilly fast up here at 2000 meters! <\/span>\n\nWe\u2019ll be sitting on the edge of the island at the crater of the last eruption, where on clear days you can see the islands of La Gomera, Las Palmas, and El Hierro while we enjoy our picnic and wait for the sun to set.
